Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1-3 business days of order placement, unless indicated in the product description. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow extra processing time during busy sale weekends. Please note that your order may ship in multiple packages from different locations. In that case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for all packages.

On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

No changes can be made after an order is placed.

We offer international shipping through multiple carriers. Shipping rates and delivery time may differ based on country.

The prices on our website do not include taxes, duties or shipping.

Depending where you live, your country's customs office may impose additional charges on your order that may be collected upon delivery.

Daily Thread has no control over these charges. For more information on customs duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.

We accept American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Sales tax will be charged when applicable. International customers must use a valid international credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.

We all love a deal, but there are a few little rules:

▪   Only one code may be used per order.

▪   Sometimes certain items are excluded from special offers. Exceptions will be noted on product detail page and again during checkout.

Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days from when it's received. We will email you when the order is shipped. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

All orders are shipped via CNE and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
